Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to register or participate. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Tournament Participation

You must follow official tournament rules and any policies set by hosting courses. We may refuse, revoke, or disqualify participation for conduct that violates rules or creates an unsafe environment.

3. Payments & Refunds

Entry fees must be paid in full to secure participation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Refunds are issued only if:

• The event is canceled by Neon Greens Golf LLC, or
• Weather/course conditions make the event unplayable and it cannot be rescheduled.

All other entry fees are non-refundable.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Golf carries inherent risks. By registering, you assume all risks and agree that Neon Greens Golf LLC, its owners, staff, and hosting courses are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages before, during, or after events, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Code of Conduct

Players must adhere to event rules, pace of play, and course etiquette. We may impose penalties (including disqualification) for rule violations or unsportsmanlike behavior.

6. Media Release

You grant Neon Greens Golf LLC a royalty-free license to use event photos/videos that include you for promotional purposes (website, social media, print), without additional compensation. Contact us if you have special considerations.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and event names are the property of Neon Greens Golf LLC and may not be used without written permission.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Venue and jurisdiction reside in Missouri courts, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
